00:00Australian cult favourite and viral sensation Yochi has arrived in London,
00:04but the new Froyo spot feels more like a club than it does a shop.
00:09Fully self-serviced, you can choose from 10 base flavours,
00:13four of which are gluten and vegan-friendly,
00:15while the others contain real cow's milk with live probiotics,
00:18before loading up on your toppings.
00:20From dragon fruit to candy kittens to apple pie filling,
00:25they have nearly 50 options to choose from,
00:27meaning there's over a million different combinations.
00:30Don't forget the drizzle, and voila, Froyo Yochi style.
00:35Owner Oli Alice tells me he hopes it'll serve as more than just a frozen yoghurt shop.
00:40For us, it's less about frozen yoghurt,
00:42it's more about a space that you can hang out in,
00:45that's not where you get a beer or a cocktail.
00:47You can spend as much or as little as you like,
00:51spend as much time in this humongous double-storey venue,
00:55and it's like, we're sort of going for like a new third space wave,
00:59rather than a frozen yoghurt wave.
01:01There'll be in-house DJ sets,
01:03there's a huge strawberry-shaped disco ball,
01:06and they'll even stay open till 11pm or midnight on select weekends.
01:10Just a stone's throw away from Notting Hill Gate Station,
01:13their doors open on Thursday.
01:14But, be prepared to queue,
01:16we're told people have booked days off work,
01:18and are even catching flights home early,
01:20just to get a taste.
01:22My honest tip, which I shouldn't probably say,
01:25is that, like, everyone's first one,
01:27they make it way too big,
01:29and it costs a fortune.
01:30So, if I can give you an honest tip,
01:33it's go easy on the handle,
01:35go easy on the toppings,
01:36and then, like, figure it out that way
01:38before you get a food shock.
01:40Look.
01:40Amen.
