00:07One of the main differences among them is the difference in the mer of the oriental China.

00:40Japan affirms that no one governed the Isles until 1895,
00:44and it is now that Japan has taken control,
00:47but China says that she had the Isles before that.
00:50The diplomatic discussions continue,
00:53but the positions of the two countries remain firmly centered.
00:55The international media attempts have not yet managed to solve the difference.
