At least 10 killed in Russian strike in northeast Ukraine's Kharkiv region, governor says

00:47after an air raid alert forced them to evacuate. Meanwhile, a total of 620 drones flew towards
00:55the Moscow region overnight, with the worst damage done in the Pavlovsky Posad district. Russian
