00:03And during my first term, they agreed to pay close to $3 billion a year for protection.

00:12And I asked them to do that at my request.

00:15They weren't happy about it, but they agreed.
00:18I asked for $10 billion.
00:22And they were very unhappy.
00:24But we agreed for a short term there would be $3 billion,
00:27and the next year would go up, and the next year would go up.
00:29So they start paying for their protection.
00:32When I called recently the president of South Korea, who I like, I think he's very nice, actually.
00:39But I called him.
00:40I said, would you like to give us a little hand?
00:41We don't need help with Iran.
00:43But if you'd like, give us a hand with Iran.
00:46He said, no, thanks.
00:48And I said, wait a minute.
00:49We have 39,000 soldiers over there guarding you from Kim Jong-un, your next-door neighbor.
00:56And you're not going to help us on a very easy military operation in Iran?
