00:00There was a moment where we, you know, Michelle and I kind of...
00:06Well, we just, we had a conversation.
00:08Welcome to Ms. Mojo.
00:10And today we're counting down our picks for the Drag Race blow-ups
00:13that were allegedly left on the cutting room floor
00:15or were significantly more intense than what was shown.
00:19So they didn't really shut down production
00:20because we weren't filming when that happened.
00:25Number 10. Adore Delano vs. Milk.
00:28Season 6 had some of the fiercest fights in Untucked Herstory.
00:32Every week, it seemed like someone was losing it over one comment or another.
00:35Are you aware of, like, the two kind of different personalities that we're talking about?
00:41No, no, Courtney.
00:42All right.
00:42This right now, that's the bitch that I know.
00:44I don't know, yes, mama.
00:46When I'm with my best friends, I say, yes, mama.
00:49It's no wonder why some of those feuds got overshadowed.
00:51Speaking in 2014, shortly after the season aired,
00:55Adore Delano spilled about an argument between her and Milk.
00:57But you're not thinking, like, two on the side wearing the same thing
01:00and then the big girl in the middle wearing that?
01:01No, I think you should stay away from the same thing.
01:04But that's what she's saying, is she wants it to be the same, so that we're showgirls.
01:08Why would two girls be wearing the same thing and one girl not be wearing the same thing?
01:11Because they're behind me.
01:12It just...
01:12Tension between them had been growing because of Milk's condescending attitude.
01:16It came to a head when Adore heard Milk was criticizing her behind her back
01:19and things blew up.
01:21Unfortunately for us, very little of their feud made it into the final cut.
01:25It felt like right off the bat, you're like, this is what we're gonna do.
01:28Like, a blah blah kind of thing.
01:29And I was like, okay.
01:30I mean, I step into situations where I see people getting really frustrated.
01:35Number 9.
01:36Chad Michaels vs. Jeremy Carey
01:38Known by her stage name Fifi O'Hara during her time on Drag Race,
01:41season 4 finalist Jeremy Carey was never one to back down from a fight.
01:45Go back and do your only one look that you got.
01:47Oh, I have one look?
01:49Tired-ass showgirl.
01:50F*** you.
01:50At least I am a showgirl, b***h.
01:52Go back to Party City where you belong.
01:54Although the infamous Party City blow-up was the main event,
01:57according to season 4 finalist Chad Michaels, she had her own run-in with Carey.
02:01Speaking to Entertainment Weekly's Joey Nolfi in 2020,
02:05Chad said that an off-camera argument erupted when Carey insulted her appearance on The Jay Leno Show.
02:10You know what?
02:10You're 40 years old and you've been through that
02:11and how you've grown up and how you want to do things is your way.
02:15I don't tell you how to do yours, do I?
02:18I don't.
02:19And if this is working for me, I got here how I am and I'm going to stay like that.
02:22And it's fine.
02:23And one day you will know what I'm talking about.
02:25Okay.
02:26No one was going to come for Chad's career and get away with it.
02:29Unfortunately for us all, that fight didn't even happen on camera.
02:33But go scream at somebody else.
02:35Go have your attitude fit with somebody else.
02:38Go be defensive with somebody else because I don't care.
02:42You know what?
02:44I'm going to see f***ing DP O'Hara very little in the future.
02:48Number 8.
02:49Plain Jane vs. Q
02:51Plain?
02:53Yes.
02:54How do you feel about that?
02:56Wait, what?
02:58I'm seeing a lot of faces being made.
03:01Maybe there's always faces being made.
03:03I think that's just her malfunctioning.
03:05Back in the day, we used to get all the reunion drama on the actual show.
03:08These days, the post-season tips are played out exclusively on Wow Presents Plus.
03:13If you're just watching Drag Race, you might have had no idea about the heated exchange between Season 16's Plain
03:18Jane and Q.
03:19If I'm going to be honest, I wasn't paying attention.
03:22There's not much to look at.
03:37A shady question about her fellow contestants' looks prompted Jane to answer honestly, taking aim at Q's look.
03:44Q then grabbed at Plain's midsection, which took their argument from shady to fully vicious.
03:49Drag-on booth line numbers don't lie, baby.
03:52The lines don't lie.
03:53And baby, who's lining up for you?
03:55And who's lining up for you?
03:56Stay seated, bitch.
03:58Video footage taken by a fan gave us an unedited look at the whole mess from start to finish.
04:03Last Q.
04:04Q dead last.
04:05Dead fucking last, bitch, in the voting.
04:08That's okay.
04:09Is Miss Q.
04:09Dead last.
04:10My finale number wouldn't have been about a body suit, so...
04:14Number 7.
04:15Candy Muse vs. Alexis Michelle.
04:17Things got pretty heated on the set of All-Stars 8.
04:19Alexis was present when Candy was saying she would send Jimbo home.
04:26Girl.
04:26Tell the truth.
04:27Shame the devil.
04:29I am just trying to, like, flatline in this conversation.
04:35For lovers of old-school drag race drama, the constant tension made it a fairly unique season.
04:40Strategic gameplay behind the scenes spilled into the workroom, leading to Heidi and Closet quitting mid-competition.
04:45So have fun, or I'm leaving now.
04:47I don't...
04:48Honestly, no.
04:49We don't even have to vote tonight.
04:50I love y'all.
04:51No!
04:52Heidi!
04:52No, Heidi.
04:53I can't...
04:54No.
04:54I can't do this.
04:55I can't...
04:56I love y'all.
04:56No.
04:57I love you all so much.
04:59Post-season, Candy Muse revealed that another argument didn't make the edit.
05:03Apparently, we were robbed of a major dust-up between her and Alexis Michelle.
05:07I know that when our lives have been the darkest, it's been this thing that we do that has saved
05:18us.
05:19Unfortunately, she didn't give a lot of details.
05:21Judging from what else ended up in the season, we can only imagine how nasty it got.
05:26Rue, we're gonna need to see the director's cut.
05:28That's not how that was supposed to end.
05:29After all of this drama, who do I feel I can trust?
05:34Nobody.
05:36Number 6.
05:36Queen Kong vs. Alyssa Edwards
05:38The ongoing feud between Drag Race Down Under's Queen Kong and Drag Race Italia's Nelania was one of Global All
05:53-Stars' major story arcs.
05:55The on-set drama lasted well after production wrapped.
05:57Apparently, it got so bad that Alyssa Edwards stepped in to defend her Italian sister.
06:02But I don't see the family resembling.
06:04Just being completely honest, I literally thought you guys were gonna be in the bottom.
06:07I was so gagged when they were like,
06:08Oh my god, they were just talking about the dresses the whole time.
06:11And I don't mean to be a bitch, but I was just like,
06:14Am I looking at the same thing?
06:16Fans who caught an Instagram live session heard Nelania speak about an unaired fight between Alyssa Edwards and Queen Kong
06:21that threatened to become physical.
06:23The Global Edition may not go down in history as an all-time great season,
06:26but maybe if we had gotten the drama-filled edit we deserve, we would feel differently.
06:31I know my opinion comes across very harsh sometimes.
06:33It's just how I am.
06:35But yeah, I apologize.
06:36I know that you are a good person, so don't worry.
06:38Okay, baby.
06:39Number 5.
06:40Tyra Sanchez vs. Tatiana
06:42You really shouldn't play the victim.
06:43It doesn't suit you.
06:45You don't do it well.
06:46I was not doing that to make anyone upset or like make anyone unfocused.
06:51Bullshit!
06:51Maybe next time I will sing and maybe she'll get another horrible dress like she has on now.
06:55Before the show was the reality juggernaut it is today, things were a lot looser on the set of Drag
07:00Race.
07:01As a result, one of season 2's biggest fights happened off-screen.
07:04Fans may remember the bridal-themed episode when Tyra Sanchez and Tatiana nearly came to blows over Tyra's obnoxious singing
07:11in the workroom.
07:12Tatiana, when you walked up to me...
07:13Sweetheart, I'm not going to replay it because I already know what happened and you already know what happened.
07:17I'm not replaying it with you over and over again.
07:20There isn't anything else to say.
07:21But why are you talking?
07:22Why are you talking?
07:24Tatiana spilled details about how she and Tyra almost had an actual fight on set.
07:28To hear her tell it, the altercation occurred when filming was done for the day and the crew had to
07:32rush on set with handheld cameras.
07:35Then they rushed in with like a handy cam.
07:37Like it wasn't one of the big cameras.
07:39It was like a little camera.
07:40I guess just to catch anything that might be deemed entertaining or useful.
07:45But by that time, they had asked us to separate.
07:49Those early seasons didn't often shy away from such tense exchanges.
07:52So it must have gotten pretty uncomfortable if they chose not to broadcast it.
07:56I'm not a violent person.
07:59I was angry.
08:01If you can't like understand the issues that you may have,
08:05then I can't sit here and beat around the bush and explain every little detail.
08:09And then you give me an excuse for it.
08:11Number four, Mo Hart versus Jimbo.
08:13I don't understand why Miss Jimbo decided to wear a nine inch platform.
08:19The bitch can barely walk in flats.
08:21You want it to twirl in front of Mel C.
08:27If you ever want behind the scenes tea that producers don't want you to know,
08:31leave it to the queens who do the Roscoe's viewing party to give us everything.
08:34Canadian queen Jimbo mentioned in an interview with Attitude magazine that the editors left
08:39a fight between her and Mo Hart on the cutting room floor.
08:41The hood rat in me wanted to hit that bitch dead in her throat.
08:47But the black working Oprah Tyler Perry professional in me just looked at that bitch and said,
08:53don't try no smooth shit because I will end you.
08:55In the workroom of RuPaul's Drag Race UK versus the world,
08:58Jimbo's insensitive comment about Mo Hart's mother led to some tension.
09:02Although it sounds like Mo kept her composure under pressure,
09:05competitors Cheryl Hole and Blue Hydrangea seemed to side with her.
09:08It was so intense.
09:10Apparently, I remember someone telling me that her ex interview was like the most intense
09:14thing they had ever watched.
09:16And it was all cut.
09:18I was like waiting for it.
09:19I'm waiting for it.
09:20Number three, Raja versus Michelle Visage.
09:23If you watch the edit of the All-Stars All-Winners season,
09:26the whole thing looked like a love fest from start to finish.
09:29It was a non-elimination season after all.
09:31But the fandom was abuzz with the tea that season three winner Raja
09:35lost it on judge Michelle Visage during the third episode.
09:37You're Olivia Newton, John Waters.
09:40I definitely think you could have gone further with John.
09:42I couldn't see the mustache.
09:44I was even using my bifocals.
09:46You know, it's like I still couldn't see it.
09:47So I needed more John.
09:49According to castmate Trinity the Tuck,
09:51Raja flat out said to Visage that she didn't have the credentials to judge her drag,
09:55other than being RuPaul's best friend, of course.
09:58Raja basically told her, why are you judging me?
10:00Like I am who I am and you don't,
10:03you don't have any credentials judging me.
10:06And then when we left the runway and we went back to the workroom off camera,
10:13Raja was like, she should be fired.
10:16Raja responded later on, saying that Trinity's story was embellished,
10:20but insists that she and Visage are actually longtime friends.
10:23Raja did, however, admit to being skeptical of Visage's drag credentials.
10:27So the conversation of how this actually happened and the embellishment of it and the exaggeration
10:34and inflation of the whole exaggeration is partially true.
10:40Yeah, the back and forth between us was definitely all in good fun.
10:45Number two, Gia Gunn versus RuPaul.
10:47You don't go toe to toe with the host and not expect to make waves.
10:51Well, what you want to do is not necessarily what you're gonna do.
10:55Gia Gunn came back for All Stars 4 after her gender transition
10:58and had a bone to pick with RuPaul's previous comments about trans women not being allowed to compete.
11:02She confronted her about it during a typical workroom walkthrough segment.
11:05We'd never know that, though.
11:07The heated exchange between them never saw the light of day.
11:10Sweets, if I was as untalented and unoriginal as you are,
11:15I too would invest everything I have in looking like somebody more famous than I.
11:22Gia's appearance on Alaska and Willem's Race Chaser podcast revealed all.
11:26Although the fight wasn't aired, eagle-eyed viewers already noticed
11:29that Ru wasn't doing her usual workroom walkthroughs that entire season.
11:33Reality TV, first and foremost, is, you know, it's a production.
11:37It's television. It's entertainment.
11:40When we sign on the dotted line for these types of shows,
11:44we know that we're basically signing our rights away.
11:49If you love games, be sure to check out WatchMojo's new game, Terrible Influence.
11:54Just launched for purchase at terribleinfluence.com.
11:57Terrible Influence is a satirical board game about the dark side of fame
12:01from the writer of the most popular girls in school and us, WatchMojo.
12:04Boom. I can make an apology video.
12:07Oh, you were so good.
12:08Click on the link in the description to check out the game
12:10and be the first to play Terrible Influence.
12:14Number one, Shangela versus Mimi.
12:17It's a very, it's a different style of drag.
12:20So you're saying the queens in New York are busted and horrible.
12:23Listen, it's rough around the edges.
12:25Make it work.
12:25It's rough around the edges wherever you are.
12:27You have no excuses.
12:29Contemporary reports suggested that a production break occurred
12:32on the show's third season due to a brief health scare for host RuPaul.
12:35Years later, some of the queens who were there had another story.
12:39Shangela and Mimi I'm First's untucked fight has gone down in history
12:42as one of the show's most iconic and quotable scenes.
12:45I don't have a sugar daddy.
12:46I've never had a sugar daddy.
12:47If I wanted a sugar daddy, yes, I probably could go out and get one
12:50because I am what?
12:51Sickening.
12:52You could never have a sugar daddy because you are not that kind of girl.
12:55Baby, everything I've had, I've worked for and I've gotten myself.
12:57I've built myself from the ground up.
12:58According to the queens who were there, it was a lot worse than what was shown.
13:02Shangela and Mimi's tiff about the runway looks and sugar daddies was apparently so bad
13:06that production was suspended for weeks.
13:08Show us the receipts.
13:10World of Wonders can never have another incident like that one.
13:15And my sisters from season three know exactly what I'm talking about, baby.
13:19Because somewhere there's the lost tape.
13:21It was a reason why we got a break of three weeks after that episode.
13:26Which of these fights would you want to rescue from the World of Wonder Vault?
13:29Tell us in the comments.
