Watch this clip as a father chasing his four-year-old son around a dirt bike track takes a dramatic tumble after hitting a hidden rock.
Brittany Economou from Milford, New Jersey, USA, recorded the footage while her husband rode behind their four-year-old son Jordan during one of their regular dirt bike sessions.
The father often follows Jordan around the track to help him build confidence and get comfortable riding alongside bigger bikes.
However, the training session took an unexpected turn when he hit a rock hidden on the track, causing him to lose control and flip from his bike.
While Jordan continued riding, his dad was left picking himself up after the spectacular crash.
One amused viewer commented: “Lmao it’s the bicycle helmet for me.”
