00:08The explosion happened at a refinery and fuel terminal
00:12where local media said a maintenance team had been working on a section of pipes there.
00:17Emergency services reported a power failure at the port
00:20and said that a transformer had caught fire under unexplained circumstances.
00:25There was around 12 o'clock an explosion in a petroleum company.
00:30Unfortunately, there have been several injuries and one person died.

00:47Several companies had paused their operations and evacuated workers.
00:51However, power was gradually being restored to companies
00:54and parts of the port a few hours later.
