Kirby Super Star is a collection of platforming adventures released for the Super Nintendo in 1996. Instead of a single storyline, the game features several standalone modes that range from short introductory quests to larger adventures, each with its own objectives and gameplay twists. Kirby can inhale enemies to copy their abilities, many of which have expanded movesets compared to previous games, and most adventures support a second player by allowing one of Kirby's abilities to become a helper character.
