In addition to its spaciousness, the K4's interior boasts cutting-edge technology for its class. The striking, wide panoramic display incorporates two large screens: the digital instrument cluster and the navigation system (each 12.3 inches/31.2 cm), as well as a 5.3-inch (13.5 cm) touchscreen for controlling the climate functions. The Connected Car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC), Kia's latest-generation infotainment system, integrates navigation, multimedia, and vehicle controls into a single, intuitive user interface. Smartphones can be wirelessly integrated via Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay™ and charged wirelessly using an inductive charging pad. Furthermore, map and software updates can be conveniently performed over-the-air (OTA).

The navigation system comes standard with Kia Connect online services, which offer real-time information and app-based remote control functions, among other features. Furthermore, the ccNC infotainment system allows access to music streaming services and the integration of a Wi-Fi hotspot. An AI assistant is also available, which enhances conventional voice control with artificial intelligence. To use it, the driver can simply say "Hey Kia" to control various functions and retrieve information, from the owner's manual and weather forecast to local search.
