00:14head of state, as Prime Minister Pieter Magyar works to loosen the grip of his predecessor,
00:19Viktor Orban, over state institutions. Baca served 17 years as a judge on the European
00:26Court of Human Rights. He was elected with 140 votes in favor and six votes against.
