00:002 million people packed in it in its original size. This was before everybody
00:04was pushed even further to occupy only 30% of its space. This is the green area
00:09where most people live versus the red area where they used to live. And
00:15throughout there we have a group of six field kitchens, large capacity field
00:21kitchens. We are the 911 for food as world's little kitchen. Every day we cook one in
00:27Gaza. In addition to the six field kitchens, we have 50 community kitchens. The
00:32community gather around. They have a desire to make a kitchen. We give them the
00:36equipment, we give them the food to start cooking for their community. This is the
00:40community Gazans cooking for Gazans. So we provide them with hot meals. We provide them with
00:45three meals per day. So we are supporting them. We are together with them. Once they have this
00:50gluten. So this is their first report, their treatment plan.
00:55Once to a tent that gets full of water during the winter and that's why a hot meal makes them
01:00feel warm from inside. That's why we serve. We cook meat twice a week. We try to keep it
01:07there. People are happy, especially during the month of Ramadan. The month of Ramadan is not
01:12only a whole month in the region. Next to the security risk that we face. The
01:31latest chapter in this challenge is a lot of organizations inside Gaza has been deregistered.
01:36And most of them unfortunately are a medical organization. They are going to suffering this
01:43week. Every day we discover a talent. Yes, we had a voice of a voice over actor with our staff.
01:49I was amazed to see that. But because of the lack of opportunity, 80% unemployment rate, a lot
01:55of people just do what they can to support. Here we have a soup. We have a tomato paste. We
02:04have a lot of cans.
02:07And these. Do they have the items to open all of these? Yes. They can open them. Yeah.
02:14This is very popular for us here in Ramadan. We are trying to serve everyone. And to be
02:20honest, especially I'm more focusing on people with disabilities than to the orphan kids.
02:26Because, you know, they are fragile and they can't reach for that.
02:29In each kitchen we have, those are the team working here, starting the fire to reduce the
02:38base for the needed people in the other side. So, this kitchen is reducing more than 100.
02:47So, let's see.
