00:09that I like to go to in North London, in the sunshine, and the guy next to me lit up,
00:13as he was completely entitled to do his cigarette, and the breeze was blowing towards him,
00:16and so I was breathing in his smoke. And I didn't know whether to say something or not,
00:20because I couldn't work out in my head whose right trumped whose.
00:24His right to light up and have a cigarette on the pavement over a coffee,
00:27or my right to have my coffee and read the paper without breathing in foul tobacco smoke.
