04:01Mr. President, a topic on manufacturing.
04:04If I may, the Bureau of Labor Statistics put out some information last week
04:07saying that U.S. manufacturing-

04:104.6 percent increased in the first quarter of 2026.
04:13The Supply Management Institute, PMI, shows that manufacturing has expanded for seven consecutive months.
04:19You've talked about the American manufacturing renaissance for about 10 years at this point.
04:24Given all the statistics and the investment that have come in, do you feel vindicated at this point?
04:29So we're doing record increases in the United States in manufacturing.
04:33A lot of that has to do with the tariffs because companies are coming in.
04:37They're not able to sell their product unless they come in because they have no tariff.
04:40If they build their product, whether it's a car or something else, if they make it in the United States,
04:45there is no tariff.
04:46So they're coming in.
04:47We have a record number of factories under construction, factories, plants, things as such.
04:54Toyota just announced that they're building the largest car plant.
05:00They make cars, plant, in the world, anywhere in the world.
05:05They're leaving Mexico and they're coming to the United States.
05:08It's many, many car plants, AI, other, you know, they're opening.
05:13I will say that they're leaving Canada.
05:15They're leaving Mexico.
05:17They're leaving Germany.
05:17They're leaving Japan.
05:19They're leaving South Korea.
05:20They're coming into the United States because they don't want to pay a 25% tariff on a car.
05:25And they don't have to pay a tariff if they make it here.
05:27So we have the largest number of plants ever being built in the United States right now.

05:39And these plants are going to start opening up in about six months.

08:39These are people that have been not successful.
08:42They're people that have been, in many cases, failures.
08:45They come from other failed countries, and they come here and they tell us how to run our country.

09:03They come in and then they tell us how our constitution, how our declaration of independence, how it works.
