00:12And I've tried everything over the years, the patches, vaping, tablets, everything, and nothing's kind of worked.
00:18However, just recently I got really, really, really ill with a very severe chest infection.
00:23Could not breathe, genuinely. For a good few days, was struggling to breathe.
00:27Went to a specialist, he was talking about COPD, emphysema.
00:32And guess what? A light bulb moment. What are you doing, Colleen?
00:35And since that day two weeks ago, I haven't had a cigarette.
00:38And guess what? I don't want one. I don't want to smoke because life is too precious.
00:42And when I was there thinking, oh, I can't breathe during this, my first thought was,
00:46I'm not going to be able to be the grandparent I want to be when my kids have kids.
00:50I just won't be able to do anything.
00:52So anyone out there that's struggling, I'm with you. I know it's difficult.
00:55But if I can give up, anyone can.
