00:11And you walk in and they go, oh, yeah, put the kettle on.
00:13And you think, I've spent days looking like this.
00:16In fact, probably one of the reasons why I left a long relationship
00:19was because it didn't matter what I put on or how my hair was, never mentioned, ever.
00:25Like, nothing.
00:25Nothing.
00:26And over time, that really knocks your confidence.
00:28And you just think, there's no point in me making an effort.
