00:19So get ready. I'm going to talk about it. Menopause. Yep. Gotta be honest, I am bored of
00:25hearing about it. However, little did I know, I've kind of been suffering a bit with it and I just
00:30didn't, I didn't realise. And I started to research it a bit. In fact, in a recent survey conducted on
00:36topic of menopause, 44% of participants stated it had significantly affected their general mental
00:44and emotional wellbeing. And that's what I want to talk to you about. So let me take you on a
00:49little
00:50journey. I woke up on what felt like a perfectly normal day. I made myself a cuppa and let the
00:58dogs out. When I suddenly realised, I feel like. Yeah, that's right. I was just feeling a little
01:06bit naff. It was actually other women that said to me, sure, it's not menopause. And I was like,
01:10no, my mother never mentioned menopause. You just got on with it. I don't even know if my mom had
01:14a
01:14menopause. I've been battling against admitting it, but I'm finally admitting it that I think it
01:20is. And I think that's why I'm feeling a bit sad and I'm very forgetful. As you can see, I'm
01:24in the
01:24wrong corner. So I just want you to know that although we all go, oh, it's nature and we have
01:29to go through it. Nowadays, at least we can talk about it more. Unlike my mother, who knows what she
01:34suffered. And I'm glad I've been able to research it and go, oh, I'm not going mad and I'm not
01:39just
01:39depressed for no reason. And I just hope it helps to know that you can talk about it. I mean,
01:43just don't talk about it to me because I'm irritable, I'm sweating, I'm very, very moody.
01:48And I'll probably forget the conversation once it's over anyway. I'm only joking. I love you all
