Speaker notifies EC of Subang seat vacancy

Dewan Rakyat Speaker Tan Sri Johari Abdul has notified the Election Commission of the vacancy of the Subang parliamentary seat following the resignation of three-term MP Wong Chen.

In his opening remarks at the special sitting of the Dewan Rakyat on Tuesday (Aug 11), Johari said Wong's resignation took effect on Monday.
