00:00I liken a lot of the work we've done on mental health and listening to lots of people talk about
00:03is everyone likes a toolbox, particularly for men.
00:05A toolbox is quite a useful analogy to kind of use. A lot of people don't realise what they need
00:10until it actually comes along.
00:12You can be living one life one minute and something massively changes and you realise you don't necessarily have the
00:16tools or the experience to be able to tackle that.
00:19To have, I suppose, in your toolbox, communication would be key. And I think kind of some of the myth
00:27busting as well around attachment.
00:30We know now through studies that actually any parent who spends a significant amount of time or any caregiver with
00:37the child will also form similar attachments and have those similar patterns as well.
00:42I'd love to know and pray maybe the listeners also would be interested as well as knowing how do you
00:49as individuals look after your own mental health?
00:52That's a big question. I know not every day is going to be roses and sunflowers.
00:57You know, I know some days I'm going to have to push against the clouds to see that sun again.
01:01And, you know, I know that, you know, when you have a bad day, it doesn't mean it will be
01:06a bad week or a bad month.
01:07So that's the type of awareness I'm talking about, you know, coming to accept these things, because when you can
01:11accept these things and you know, you know, on your bad day, what you have to remember is to remain
01:15humble and, you know, stay hopeful.
01:18Because after bad, the good follows. And, you know, after good, bad follows. After night comes day, after day comes
01:24night.
01:25And so you want to keep pushing. You want to, you know, however much that hope is, you want to
01:30hold on to that hope.
01:32You know, you can't always run away from issues. Sometimes you have to really face them and conquer them.
01:36And so, you know, we've practiced this progress. And that's, I guess, in a nutshell, how it was a big
01:42question.
01:45There's no right or wrong. That's the thing as well. Different things work for different people.
01:49And it's just sometimes trying, isn't it, as well. Different methods, different opportunities that arise as well to help best
01:58support you.
01:58Exactly.
