00:00It's a very difficult stuff on the programme this morning, some really upsetting and sensitive issues
00:04and that's I think one of the things that makes our campaign so important, the pledge to listen
00:09to people who are going through trauma or just loneliness. Yes, just giving a little bit of your
00:15time and we have some very nice news today that there have been 11 million minutes pledged today
00:22and I was just doing the mass in my head because that's what I do, that's about 180,000 hours
00:26and nearly over 7,000 days worth of time to talk to someone, give your time for a charity,
00:34give your time for a neighbour and just to try and combat the loneliness that you have.
00:37If you've got a minute or two, you'll see down there, if I can point right, look at that,
00:41so I'm not pointing at you Susanna, down there is the QR code, you just get your camera on
00:45your phone, you just hold it over the screen and then you'll get a website that tells you
00:49how to pledge or you can go to itv.com forward slash 1 million minutes where you'll find all
00:54the information you need.
00:55Yeah, and thank you to everybody who has pledged, donated minutes, it's such an important
01:03campaign and our thanks to those people who've also designed the benches, of course we spoke
01:08to Vicky Mercure a little bit earlier on, she's designed the gorgeous bench with the
01:13quote and the flowers on it, which is in Nottingham, yesterday we spoke to Maisie Smith, she has
01:19a listening bench in Windsor. You know, it's just symbolic of that idea that if you just want
01:24to sit down and have a chat with someone, that's somewhere that you can go to do that.
