00:11I think I must have tripped on a root or something. And, oh my god, it hurts so much. I
00:17sort of twisted my foot.
00:18Anyway, I can't flex it upwards, but I can do a bit of weight bearing.
00:22I think they think that it might be a tiny fracture or a chip off a tiny bone in my
00:27foot and some tendons and stuff.
00:30So there's going to be some physio, no cast needed, elevation, bit of cold, you know, just take it a
00:38bit easy.
00:39No disco dancing for the next couple of weeks.
