00:23So next time you're thinking about an opinion you're going to give or a thought, have a little think about
00:30how that might affect someone's day because it really does affect them sometimes.
00:36We're all individual, we're all different and that's okay. We might not be perfect and that's okay too.
00:43So say hello to kindness, be kind, be considerate and just be yourself because you can't be anybody else.
