00:06perhaps we'd better remind them that it was the Conservatives
00:09that gave early release to 158,000 prisoners.
00:14So they were very much the architects of this mess,
00:17and certainly it's true that Labour have inherited
00:21a very, very difficult situation.
00:25But they don't appear to have the imagination
00:28or the will to solve it.
