00:00The world teaches panic, but God teaches peace. And in a world filled with stress and anxiety,
00:09that peace becomes powerful. We live in a world full of pressure. Pressure to succeed,
00:16pressure to provide, pressure to have everything figured out. And slowly, anxiety becomes normal.
00:24But God never created you to live consumed by fear. The enemy wants your mind overwhelmed.
00:32But God wants your heart anchored in peace. Real peace does not come from perfect circumstances.
00:41It comes from trusting a perfect God. When Jesus was on the boat during the storm,
00:47the disciples panicked. The wind was strong. The waves were violent. Fear filled the atmosphere.
00:55But Jesus remained calm. Why? Because he understood something they didn't yet understand.
01:04The storm may surround you, but it does not have to control you. And today, maybe your storm looks
01:12different. Maybe it's financial stress. Maybe it's depression. Maybe it's uncertainty about the future.
01:20Maybe it's emotional exhaustion. But God is still bigger than your storm. His peace can calm your heart
01:29even before the situation changes. And sometimes the miracle isn't immediate escape from the storm.
01:37Sometimes the miracle is the strength to survive it. In Isaiah 26, verse 3, it says,
01:44You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.
01:52Today, choose faith over fear. Pause. Breathe. Pray. Give your worries to God instead of carrying them alone.
02:04You were never meant to fight every battle by yourself. Let's pray.
02:09Lord, calm every anxious thought in my mind today. Replace fear with faith and stress with peace.
02:18Help me trust you completely, even when life feels overwhelming. Thank you for being my refuge and
02:25strength. In Jesus' name. Amen. If this message spoke to you, share it with someone who may need
