00:05Field Days. I've got the President of the operation, Warren Russell. Warren, how'd the day go?
00:09We had a terrific day. Good turnout. A lot of people turned up today and the sun came
00:14out and after 15 mils of rain, it's conducive to people coming out for lunch and coming
00:21along to the ram sole. We had a terrific result. We had 68 out of 73 ram sole for an
00:29average
00:29of $2,570 and the top price ram was Glen Payne's Champion Shortwall Sale Ram at $6,000.
00:38Yeah, so an excellent day and well represented by the fact that the clearance weights were
00:42so strong right through the sale and right across the various vendors.
00:47Yes, that's right. I think everyone would be happy with the day. Good clearance across
00:53each of the vendors and a good turnout to inspect the displays and I think our major sponsors
01:01would be very happy as well.
01:02And just lastly, the other major feature I sort of noted was the diversity, the buying
01:07regions. There were people from all over the place getting involved.
01:10Yeah, no, we're fortunate that way that the group attracts from a wide area. We get people
01:16all over the state and interstate coming to find the best sheep from our area, the Flanelg
01:22Regional.
