15:31Well that's about the biggest league we've seen at any stage of this British Grand Prix so far from Almanza
15:36As he goes charging up now to Kopp's corner
15:39Trying to get a good clean exit a good drive as they sling towards Magnus and Beckett
15:45Karte's got good corner speed hasn't he on his KTM going through that turn nine
15:50Fernandez we know that he's going to be a serious contender late on
15:54There is Esteban then in fifth place Uriate looking really really strong once again this is rather

16:10Oh Gorman I think who runs into the back of Cruces and Danis she's uh got aware of what's happening
16:15And uh fortunately there Cruces flies into the side of Danis so uh he does ultimately go down
16:22But kind of an innocent party in all of that no sight at the moment as they're now into Stoke

16:26And of course next corner is Vale where Cruces has been treated of a red flag so it looks like
16:31we are good to go
16:32That's a nasty one a real nasty landing wasn't it for Cruces you feel there that maybe there's a
16:37A wrist or a collarbone issue as he landed heavily
16:41Into turn 16 oh no Ogden's gone down well it's been a horrendous
16:4790 seconds or so for CIP Green Pound that's uh the mother of all high sides for Ogden on the
16:52power coming out of
16:53Club Corner so with Cruces out of podium contention a couple laps ago now Ogden almost sends himself to the

17:16And uh certainly uh half of the hope of a British success today has gone with Ogden out of the

17:22All hopes now rest on the shoulders of Eddie O'Shea in ninth place
17:26A super Saturday for CIP Green Power first and second in Q2 but a sorry Sunday for Alain Bronick's squad
17:33As in quick succession Cruces and Ogden crash out of podium contention
17:39That has now left this league group then which features Almanza, Carpe, Fernandes, Uriate, Esteban and Perrone
17:47Doing some serious hard work getting sold to the head of that second group once again is Matteo Batelli
17:52Who we know has always got great race pace qualifying not exactly Batelli's forte so far this year
17:57He's come from 16th onto the fringes of the top six
18:01Okay so Ogden has been given a long lap penalty for causing the crash the first of the two crashes
18:05We've recently seen of course the crash that took out Cruces so Ogden is running in 13th place
18:11That long lap penalty will take him out of the point
18:13Yeah and that aggression from Ogorman which has cost him a long lap has sort of really broken the
18:20The league group here big time hasn't it? I mean it's sort of stretching out even more now
18:24So Danish also involved through no fault of his own another innocent party now from the Ogorman instant
18:30As Esteban always wide he's wide that's going to allow Fernandes to ease on through
18:35At Stowe Almanza it is they're still making the front running as we drop down down now into Vail into
18:41turn 16
18:42Which is where we just saw a few months ago
18:45Ogorman collect Cruces and now we're going to be careful on the power as you go through the right hander
18:49of Glob
18:49Because this is where Ogden have the big high side
18:51Past half race distance now that is 7 of 15 completed we're now on to
18:56A lap 15 of this British Grand Prix as Carpe has a half a look at the inside of David

19:06Ariathe course a Grand Prix winner beating his rookie teammates teammate to it
19:10He's now passing his teammate Ariathe versus Carpe side by side
19:14But the 83 is not giving that up without a fight
19:16Yeah and Carpe knew there that he'd have the inside line crucially going through turn four of the loop
19:21They'll keep it back left and now through entry this is turn five crucial to get some good acceleration now

19:37Out of shape as he was on the brakes into that turn six not enough out of shape though to

19:43So we've got ktm's first second third fifth and sixth and the sole honda fernandez in that leading group
19:49Good to see that danish is okay who was kind of on the outside and nowhere ready to go in
19:56the midst of all of this
19:57As he had advent cruces quite literally flying through the air towards him
20:01We hope that cruces hasn't had any serious injury done
20:04They can see on top of the picture on the outside
20:05So after surviving that he then crashed on the way out of vale and through club
20:10And that was where danish dropped to the back of the field looked like his teammate yamanaka did a really
20:14good job there to avoid him hard to really
20:17Digest and process exactly what did take danish out of that grand prix because it was all instigated
20:22By the ogorman cruces instant
20:24Just ahead of yamanaka then in eighth place
20:28He's just ahead of eddie o'shea
20:30Who's keeping himself inside that top ten and potential excellent strong top ten finish in front of his home crowd

20:36The lead group josting full position and at the end of the hanger straight it's still
20:41Almanza that will hold the lead into stoke that's a real strong overtaking hot spot gone for car pay in

21:16Just for confirmation though gorman has served his long lap penalty it cost him about two and a half seconds

21:26Circulating inside the points going places so gorman and now has returned to the circuit in 14th spot back
21:32At the front a lead group of six which were covered by lesson three quarters of a second as we
21:38moved on to lap nine of 15
21:39Yellow flags out once again more drama at turn three that's going into village
21:44I think buchanan's name is tumbling down the order so cormac buchanan who was
21:5013th at the start of this slap nine it looks like he's dropped down to 19th now, so
21:56Yeah, he is at the grand prix. I was hoping that maybe he just run off and brought out the
22:00yellow flags
22:01But no, it's rakes over for buchanan and it's a very frustrated kiwi angry either at himself or potentially at
22:08somebody else
22:09To play the role in his exit. We haven't of course seen what happened to buchanan yet
22:12But he is out of the grand prix the pace are pretty good facts on that screen
22:17It's saying he stopped for the technical issue, so potentially not come at buchanan's fault potentially the ktm is packed
22:22up on it
22:24That's harsh that's tough because he was on course for back-to-back's point scoring finishes wasn't he in 2026
22:30A buchanan so understandably venting his frustration with the technical issue and which has denied him a chance to fight
22:37for the top 10
22:38He was in though think of that battle actually for seventh all the way up to matteo vitelli
22:42The italian who is still in seventh place as carpe going another long way around potentially on the run down
22:48to
22:49Stowe and that's left the door wide open for adrian fernandez who just says well
22:53Thank you very much if you're gonna leave the door that ajar
22:55I think i'll buy it straight on through the bit of a twist here on the power wasn't it for
23:00fernandez with lean angle on the exit
23:01So that's gonna leave him open to attack from uriate a brilliant couple of corners this from uriate as he
23:07moves through on carpe and fernandez
23:08Yeah, the io teammates potentially about to do a number on fernandez who was uh briefly second
23:12He's now fourth carpe back through on the way through club
23:15They do need to be slightly careful as almanza sets the backstop of the court three bettered by uriate
23:20Has to do it too because our mans are in danger of opening with a bit of an advantage as
23:24they all fight behind it
23:25Look close there. There's a bit of contact almost avoided. I'm sure it was carpe or perone further back in
23:31this top six battlers
23:33Carpe sends it from a long long way back on fernandez
23:37Going into turn three. Well, that's village nothing that fernandez could do about that
23:42Or carpe got the elbows out big style there
23:45He picked up his ktm and threw it in the direction of adrian fernandez. It was effective don't get me
23:50wrong
23:51But adrian fernandez will not thank alvaro carpe for it as he now sits in fourth place and might come
23:56into further pressure yet here
23:57From ester banners it's io versus io up ahead and it's carpe packing second now

24:10He was all out of shape on the brakes going into turn six door there steban was gonna send it
24:15on the inside of him fernandez though

24:20You can just see that he's about to tip into the fast right hander of cops

24:27We were just at well identical lap times really by almanza and a riarte
24:31210.2s those two exchange on that previous lap both the i riders were off the road there coming out

24:36They went the wrong side of the curb and they do have to be a little bit careful here
24:41That almanza doesn't extend that advantage out because the keeping up for the slipstream so important it keeps the group

24:47But when you lose it as we've seen with being split in this leading group with some of the incidents

24:51It's so so difficult to chase back up to a gap once you lose that toe
24:56David almanza it feels like an awful long time ago now does it because it is when he won that

25:022026 that last lap showdown with max keyless to take his one and only gone free victory the chang international

25:09Looking really really strong to put all of his illness and injury woes behind him
25:14It's been a tough tough run
25:16Since that brilliant opening grand prix at times for our man sir, but he is still leading and in charge
25:20of this british grand prix
25:22As we're coming through now the final corner
25:24We're about to move on to lap 11 of 15 car paid the record behind him though
25:28Just set his fastest level of the race. That's a hot pace by cafe at 210.199
25:34That was half a second quicker than almanza on that lap 10
25:38Recognizing the danger that our man sir at a half-second advantage
25:41He's closed it straight back down again david almanza
25:44Who's spent more time than anyone bar key layers leading motor three races so far this season
25:49But as you mentioned it hasn't won since that season opener has been ravaged with injury and illness in this
25:562026 season, which is why he's fifth in the world championship when he really ought to be second
26:00Can he take the opportunity in the absence of keyless today?
26:04He's now climbed up into eighth place picked off rico salman
26:08And have been on that last lap team
26:10He's just taken rios further down the four scoring places in their particular squabble for 14th and 15th
26:16Respectively david gonzalez in for the injured david munoz doing a real good job with dino ball intact
26:21He's right in the hunt for some debut points here in moto three
26:26And looking back then to fernandez we're on board briefly there with car pairs who went through woodcoat
26:31Not making any significant sort of challenge back towards that top three at the moment is perone
26:37I wonder if he's just maybe in a little bit of tire conservation mode
26:41And sort of setting himself for a late charge
26:43He mentioned gonzalez he's ahead of marco morelli at the one which will be quite a scalp to claim on
26:49his grand prix debut
26:50Morelli has been absolutely nowhere
26:52This afternoon on the sole aspar ktm still nowhere near the points and as it stands is going to lose
26:59fourth place in the world championship
27:00He's going to lose his proud record as well
27:02He's troubled the points were in place in all 11 grand prix so far this year as more rally
27:06Five of those finishes have been inside the top six just not at the races at all today
27:11There is he fernandez certainly is as he gets a bit racy on the inside of car pay at the
27:15end of the hanger straight
27:16No way through though this is building and building isn't it into another grandstand finish

27:30Into turn 16 he made it work. He's chasing back-to-back victories

27:40He's got a few more opposition in this leading group at the moment five of them
27:45To be exact joining a rt in this leading group including his teammate up ahead
27:49Who himself is chasing a maiden victory that his teammate took a week ago and for the second time in
27:53what around three laps?
27:54We see a rt attacking car pay into village. Yeah, he's good on the brakes. He's really good on the
27:59brakes into village car pay though
28:01Does fight fire with fire and take that second place back or a rt
28:06Sensing there might be room there to go through on car pay at turn five that's ancient there was no
28:10way through but telly
28:11He's still keeping himself ahead of that second group but telly in seventh place
28:15Samala has fought back on Oshay to reclaim eight spot as a rt
28:19This time around is at turn six where he finds a way back through on car pay once again
28:25Fernandez still holding forth we haven't seen much of esteban and peroni in this battle for the podium
28:29They've been in that group but just at the tail end of it are they saving something for a late
28:34attack
28:34Or are they on their absolute limit the 78 of esteban and the 73 of peroni just to stay in
28:40this leading group
28:42So after his long lap penalty O'Gorman's worked his way back up into 30 if he was as low
28:46as 40
28:48I've been gone through the long lap for his contact with cruises
28:50Which put the valencien out of this lead group from that front row of the group
28:55We also of course lost unfortunately home hero scott ogden from pole position when he was right in this lead

29:02It's almanza then as they snake their way through maggots and beckitts
29:06Three and a half laps remaining here at silverstone. It has been close throughout between this bet
29:12bit of an inter-team tussle between car pay and oriate
29:16More than world championship points at stake. There's bragging rights on the line here as well

29:22Yeah, cafe three races without a podium for the first time in nearly a year
29:26He's now out of the podium positions as we nearly saw
29:28Fernandez tack the rear tire of oriata
29:31Yeah, car play beaten up a bit on this lap started the lap in second place
29:34He might yet end it in fifth as that's esteban sweeping around the outside of him and almost fernandez too
29:41Does not lack aggression does he uh joel esteban if you're gonna pass him you better make sure
29:46You make it stick because you know at the very next corner you're gonna see we're seeing joel esteban's front

29:52He's still right in the battle for the victory here fourth place. And now goes esteban. It's still almanza though
29:58That leads now this pressure is starting to build from oriata behind him oriata
30:02Here he goes. He's attacking. This has been his favorite overtaking move
30:06He's been so so good on the break since that tight turn three
30:09Ariate then into village takes the lead from almanza
30:13Carpe at the back of that group is still trying to
30:15Don't go out there joel esteban touched the uh very scorched grass here at silverstone
30:20And that's dropped into the back of the leading group. He'll be happy and relieved that he's still upright on
30:24that ktm
30:25Weaving left and right all over the shop at the moment is fernandez surely
30:29He's not going to go around the outside of both almanza and oriata into brooklyn's
30:32Ariate somehow comes out of turn six still leading this grand prix fernandez was
30:38Thinking about a real daring raid on the outside of the pair of those spaniards ahead of him
30:42But he's still there in third on the 31 honda
30:45Ariate wasn't letting him have that but that that ktm almanza really does punch up the corners very well
30:50Look at the run he gets down here out of woodcutt and it's enabled him to swoop back past again
30:54fernandez also up the inside of oriata so almanza as soon as he lost the lead he's taking it back

31:00It's a shame that mistake came from esteban as he charged towards aintree because he had just put in his

31:16You've got to have some confidence to make a move through this spectacular high speed sweep around silverstone
31:21And a talent sutariate is blessed with an some it's almost a high speed game of chess this they're gonna

32:12He's got a long lap penalty surely uriate is going to attack again into village
32:15That's his trademark move in this british grand prix and this time it's fernandez who falls victim to it

32:29But from fernandez this playing into the hands a little bit late on of almanza who's got what about half

32:43He is trying to get himself back into touch as we close in on the final lap of this grand

32:48We're looking back from carpe running fourth that's valentine peroni on the tech 3 ktm
32:52We're staring at that little squabble between fernandez and uriate in the first sector did
32:57Give almanza a couple of tenths his lead crept up to almost four tenths which is one of the biggest
33:03gaps we've seen
33:04Throughout the whole of this british grand prix carpe back to an uriate
33:09lovely move that going into cops that was some move by carpe
33:13Did he compromise though his exit speed?
33:15I think he did because now he looks like he might just have the top of that with uriate going
33:20through maggots and beckett's
33:22Uriate sends him through the runoff area there carpe
33:25He will not appreciate that one. Yeah, and that might well just put pain to carpe's hopes of a first
33:30victory
33:30He is still in the group, but now back in fifth place
33:33He had just been given a track limits warning even prior to that
33:36But i'm sure that's on his mind at the moment
33:38Almanza then it is with what's just over 20 corners remaining of this classic british grand prix
33:44It is that leads daylight between himself
33:48And fernandez for yamanaka four day for uh
33:51MSI with hakim danish taken out of contention early on and now
33:55Technical problems for yamanaka as uriate goes through on fernandez uriate knows he can't let almanza get away
34:03As they start this final lap almanza's lead let's check it over uriate as we do start the final lap
34:08Just under six kilometers remaining of this british grand prix it is four tenths advantage for almanza
34:14Fair play to almanza. He's just putting his best half of the grand prix a 210.251
34:20What have you got those behind him peroni also said his personal best in fourth that's about to become fifth
34:25And this is also good news for david almanza as adrian fernandez tries to do the uriate trick on brian

34:31Into village corner the uh 51 though holds on to second that key mistake right here a couple laps ago

34:38Any hopes of esteban uh being right in the thick of this victory battle late on esteban struggling now
34:44He's been cut adrift by almost two seconds back in sixth place a solid top six
34:48So incoming uh for esteban almanza then oh
34:52Uriate's crashed out well brian uriate
34:55Trying to recover important world championship points with runaway simu leader max key led sideline through injury
35:02While uriate drops a clangor here in the british grand prix third place trail breaking into turn six down
35:09He goes and look at this max key les sat at home watching this british grand prix with a recovering
35:15fractured right collarbone
35:16He's going to be still 90-odd points clear of anybody else in this world championship
35:21It's carpe who's going to pick up the pieces and second in the world championship might get second in the
35:26race yet
35:26It's adrian fernandez who he has to deal with in this final sector to take second place
35:31But with all that unfolding behind him it's left the road clear for david almanza
35:35I have to say in uriate's defense mistakes have been few and far between uh from the uh exciting spanish
35:43rookie so far this year
35:44That is going to be his first dnf of the campaign and it has played into the hands of almanza
35:50Surely surely he's going to win for just the second time in 2026 who will win the battle for the
35:56final two place in the podium
35:58Oh there's a moment there wasn't on the front end for fernandez you could see his foot peg his foot
36:01was off that left foot peg and now he might be losing the podium carpe comes through to second
36:05Peroni is going to have a go to peroni launches on the inside and fernandez is nudged off the podium
36:10So after all the late drama and riate crashing out of contention on the final lap it is david almanza
36:16Who is going to win the british grand prix in moto 3 here at silverstone it's just his second ever
36:23grand prix victory
36:24His first since the opening round at thailand over in borougham congratulations to
36:30liquid molly donna are intact david almanza having had a nightmare spell at times this season through illness and injury
36:38is back with a bang after the summer break almanza takes it by over seven tenths of a second
36:43carpe does win the bat of the second peroni from the front row of the grid he starts and
36:49finishes that british grand prix in third place it's adrian fernandez
36:52who just misses out he was briefly second wasn't he with two or three corners left there the lay apart
36:58honda rider it's an excellent fifth place for joel esteban a top six a season best uh result for a
37:05grid racing honda rider joel kelso who came from a long way back i think kelso was about 16th or
37:1017th in
37:11the early laps cracking ride by kelso salmada is seventh a top 10 in front of his home crowd for
37:17ready go shane eighth top 10s for patama and patelli points for rios o'gorman is 12th after his long
37:23lap pini gonzalez on his debut top ride by david gonzalez in for the injured david munoz and singapore
37:29also two debutants in the point score in place his top top job brian uriate left to contemplate and ponder
37:37just what might have been he's able to remount uh that crashed red ball ktm iron machine he
37:42ultimately takes the checker flag in 19th both points today for uriate it was a late drama wasn't
37:48it this fight two laps to go with carpe through maggots and beckett's i mean uriate ultimately
37:54crashing out of the victory contention he did no favors there to his teammate as well who eventually
37:57did recover the second yeah he calls the best of carpe's career venice to uriate he was he had his
38:03mind on trying to chase down almanza and when he made that mistake on the final lap he went all
38:07in
38:08to try and chase down the leader but of course had adrian fernandez in the way and then fernandez
38:12just that minor mistake into stoke corner who is not only cost him second but of course he gave a

45:19battle super super hard the the most the most difficult rider was uh petito to work take because
45:25he was uh very powerful in the straights and and in the corner he brake quite hard and he was
45:32strongly a little bit on the pace but we managed to to finish second in this very difficult race with
45:39also admanza was a very very good rider in in the pace brian was uh doing the the things difficult
45:46and
45:47valentine also fighting so hard uh yeah i had to to congratulate all of them because they made a good
45:51race and and also myself because i managed to finish in in second place uh in the middle of the
45:57race i i start to feel that the bike in the streets was not so powerful and i i couldn't
46:04arrive
46:05to the braking uh so close to the to the rider in front of me but yeah no problem we
46:11we found a p2 in
46:13a difficult very difficult race i'm very happy for this and congrats on the team because they made the
46:18job possible and and also my family is watching um all my friends thank you great ride well done thank
46:25you yeah another strong second place for the 83 that door will surely open for him at some point just
46:35got to keep knocking on it as he and brian arriate were knocking spots off each other on the penultimate
46:41lap whether he did that by design or perhaps just by uh circumstance happened to lose the uh time he
46:49needed that left uh carpe free to fight per second on the final lap and the door opened for him
46:56didn't
46:56it as fernandez made that crucial last corner mistake which will cost him not one place but two
47:05so peroni took full advantage for third place
47:10and there's understandably frustrated and having missed out on a podium but your winner today he's
47:17had his ups and downs in 2026 but your silverstone winner is david almancer he's speaking to jack

47:29the last one injuries illness so much bad luck i imagine this victory means an awful lot
