03:37This is an Indian film where all the top stars, where all the successful people, where all the talented people

03:45have kept their insecurities or goals or even sometimes they are selfish.

03:56Every actor is selfish.

03:58That's the fact.

03:59When you are working, you want to be the best.

04:01There will be so many instances when lot of people come together.

04:04You will feel a little uncomfortable, insecure and in the promotions or there will be so many things happening.

04:10But this film has happened because all these lovely, talented, successful people have kept their egos aside, kept other things

04:20aside and they have just come with one cause to put Indian film on a global platform.

04:31We have shot this in Kannada and English.

04:35Lot of people told, I am from Paduwarali, Mysore.

04:46You know my English before, yeah.

04:55So what I believe is, when you want to do something in life, nothing should stop you.

05:01Most of us listen to people who say bad things about us, what you can't do, what is wrong.

05:09I think I am somebody who doesn't listen to anybody.

05:13If somebody is telling me that you can't do this, I will only see their lack of imagination or their

05:22stupidity.

05:23Because if I can see it clearly, there is nothing in life, if you are able to put in effort

05:29and time and required energy or actions towards something, there is nothing in life which you cannot achieve is what

05:37I believe.

05:39So this movie is a very tough one because the kind of decisions, on the surface level, it was not

05:45easy.

05:46It is not a perfect commercial package film where you can just say that, okay, this is a film of

05:53hero.

05:53He has made KGF, this is a number and then director who has done this film, okay, they can gauge

06:01what can happen.

06:03But this was a very unique combination and it was a very unique attempt.

06:07And trust me, I always believe in director's passion than their past success.

06:15Because success, we all can get success through so many other people's work.

06:20Like if I am successful in my previous film, it is not just my work.

06:24Lot of people would have worked hard behind it.

06:26Lot of decision would have been worked in favor because of the people who are there working behind the screens

06:34also.

06:35But the passion never goes for waste.

06:39All I see in people is if they are passionate, if they are able to dedicate their time and energy

06:45and believe in what they believe, that's it.

06:51That makes me go for it.

06:53And I think Gitu Mohundas is somebody who I saw when she came with an idea.

07:01She had a burning passion, desire and to show the world what she is capable of doing and what a

07:11true cinema can be.

07:12And she has dedicated a lot of time.

07:15She has sacrificed a lot.

07:18You are going to witness what is the result of all that sacrifice and passion.

07:31I don't think any sacrifice will go for waste.

07:34Your family, even in future they will be proud of you and you will remember this film as something which

07:48As I told you, this is a very unique combination.

07:52Nowadays I see some disease or problem, I don't know.

07:58Every film starts, every tenth day or twentieth day there will be news about film being shelved, film being stopped.

08:06I don't know from where they write these stories.

08:09It's not easy.

08:10It's not easy for filmmakers or producers or actors or directors to be part of a film where they have

08:15dreams.

08:16First of all, making a film itself is like you write a story and you feel like you are going

08:20to a war

08:21against the whole world.

08:24Because weather, you don't know what weather will be, you don't know what mood that actor will be that day

08:29or what is their dates,

08:30how busy they are, there will be so many issues.

08:34With all that thing, my partner, my producer has never questioned.

08:39Because every day I used to see and I used to feel bad.

08:42Like we were working really hard, continuously we were shooting, we have shot for two hundred days.

08:46It might look like I have taken long gap.

08:49Trust me, we started August 8th, two years ago.

08:55This film was shot for two hundred days.

08:58We have shot two versions.

08:59With all these lovely actors, talented actors who are busy and they are doing so many things in their world.

09:05But they have dedicated their time and they have given that time so we could achieve.

09:09So all the rumors, all those problems used to surface but this man stood like a rock.

09:15He never questioned anything.

09:17He believed in it.

09:19And you can see every money we have spent, it is on screen.

09:23And he also had one vision.

09:24He always said sir, if you want to do it, it's okay sir.

09:29If you don't achieve what we want to achieve and just make a movie and just make money out of

09:35it.

09:35That is not why we are here.

09:37Please let's go for it and give our best.

09:40And to have this wonderful cast, it's only him.

09:43I don't think in that area even I had dreamt of.

09:47He just gave me that strength and he just pushed me to say,

09:50you know what, you need to get all the actors who are the best in this country

09:54because the script is so good and each character is so good.

09:57And I want to thank each one of you for believing in this project and giving your time and energy

10:04and you guys have given your best.

10:05But I promise you one thing, whatever you guys have done till today,

10:10after this movie, you will be seen differently.

10:15You will be experiencing the love of fans differently.

10:19That's a promise from my side.

10:23Because it's a very honest film and you guys have given 100% in this film

10:29because we have really pushed you guys.

10:31Now I want to say sorry.

10:33We have pushed all of you to the limits.

10:36Somebody was asking me how was it to be shooting with so many girls,

10:40talented actors, stars and all of that.

10:42I said, oh yeah, you know, it looks different on screen.

10:47But all of us have really, really worked hard.

10:52Anyways, thank you.

10:56I want to thank my wife.

11:05It's not easy to be my friend only.

11:10It's not easy to be associated with me in any way to be with.

11:20But I think this particular film was very demanding

11:26and I have pushed myself beyond my comfort zone

11:29and I have pushed with the right intent to give the right content

11:33and also the kind of roles I had, two, three different looks

11:39and too much of time was required.

11:45I think she has managed with lot of difficulty.

11:49She used to travel.

11:50She has somehow been a big support for me.

11:55Thank you so much.

11:55Nothing will go for waste.

11:58As I always tell you, I have only one thing in mind.

12:04Whatever we do in life, be honest and be truthful,

12:08whether it is relationship or whether it is work.

12:19Everybody spoke a lot and even I am speaking a lot, I think,

12:22but it's an emotional moment.

12:39It takes a lot of… lot of grace to choose this film and do what you have done.

12:47You are a lady superstar.

12:49You can run behind individual films.

12:51I know what your market is and how fans love you.

12:54And when we came with this film,

12:57I was in a situation where there was some issue with the dates.

13:01So it was very quick.

13:03I mean, you didn't get much time.

13:05We kind of pushed and…

13:06But I really liked the way you committed yourself to this film

13:10with all the dates issues and whatever that.

13:12But you have given your best and how?

13:15You have added the value.

13:17You look badass.

13:20You look like most badass sister.

13:23Anybody can have.

13:24And this character, you have nailed it.

13:30And yeah, she's also someone like me.

13:34Not very good at promotion.

13:37Lot of people think that it is like we try and do that.

13:40No, it's not like that.

13:41It's difficult to come and talk.

13:44All of you always say so much about us,

13:49When we talk, I don't know whether it will be right

13:53or sometimes we over-speak.

13:56But she came.

13:57She came here with all of that.

13:59And I can see that whatever you spoke,

14:01it was from the heart.

14:05And Tara, you know, every time four, five girls are there in the film,

14:16it's very, very important for us to balance each and every character

14:20because me and Geetu, we were discussing one thing.

14:23Because each character has different shades.

14:26And how do we balance?

14:27How do we kind of make each character unique?

14:32But then your presence gave us so much.

14:37We, in fact, increased your scenes more than what it was written

14:43because of your fabulous presence and your effort and your,

14:47how do I put it, your elegance.

14:49So it has added a lot of elegance to our film.

14:56And Huma.

14:57You are, you have become brand ambassador of toxic, Huma.

15:04I know it's difficult, very difficult for a person

15:08who is doing a lot of unique work and you are doing independent films.

15:13I know what it takes to produce a film and go through what all we go through during release.

15:19In spite of that, you have taken a lot of time for this film

15:24and you have believed in this and you have given us that freedom

15:28to position each one of you.

15:30I know you guys will have it, but you still had faith.

15:34But guys, I have to thank Huma and you will witness her presence in the cinema.

15:40I think we have kind of not shown her much here.

15:43She is going to blow your mind and she has done phenomenally well.

17:30They have got some portions where they take the center stage,

17:33but there is so much more they offer to other actors.

17:36So it is not just about themselves, but they offer to other actors.

17:49Kiara, I think the kind of role you have performed in this.

17:55You have just seen a glimpse in the trailer.

18:04And, you know, initially we all thought, okay, when you get all these actors there could be

18:09a problem and there could be so many issues.

18:13But I think the start, the beginning is Kiara was so down to earth.

18:18She dedicated herself and surrendered to this vision and the way she has performed.

18:23And what you have to go through as an actor, unfortunately, don't care.

18:31Whatever you believe in, you should do.

18:33And people will celebrate, people will appreciate.

18:37It's just that we are a little ahead of times.
