00:05Yes, well, we discussed the haggis and he's got a fondness of the haggis.
00:10He's tried our haggis before. We supply one of the biggest Caledonian clubs in Britain,
00:14down in London and Blagravia, and he's had it a few times before,
00:19and we've also sent quite a bit of haggis.
00:22His grandmother used to get sent down to Crathi Kirk,
00:26and she used to get it quite often when she was on the go,
00:29and it was one of the things that she insisted on having when she came up to Scotland.
00:33It's so nice to see him in Dingwall, it's so nice to see so many other people about,
00:37and made the effort to come in this sort of weather to see him.
00:40Yes, it was an honour to be presented to the King,
00:44and also to introduce some of our employees, and recently retired ex-employees.
00:52The King was very knowledgeable about the background of the business
00:55and being suppliers to his own household.
01:00It was good that he realised that as well.

01:02I imagine it might help put us back on the map slightly.
01:05Yes, I feel like, especially being so close to the North Coast 500,
01:09and yet it just seems to skip past us, you know, all of the benefits.
01:12So maybe it will make people more aware that Dingwall does exist.
01:16We are here, you know, and it's open for business.
01:20Yes, I think Dingwall's really underestimated in the small independent traders that are here.
01:25They're really strong and a really, really good offer,
01:28and it's just nice to be able to showcase it.

01:35Very well, just generally speaking, and how long we've been here and stuff like that.

01:43And there's a lot of goodness in Dingwall, you know,
01:44and a lot of, you know, established businesses and new businesses,
01:49and I think it's going the right way.
01:51Very good, yeah, he was very chatty.
01:52He was interested in all the produce and where it had come from.
01:55They also told us a story about they have some peaches every year in his gardens in May.
02:02So, yeah, it was a fair exchange.
02:05He was telling us things and we were telling him about ourselves.
02:08It was fantastic.
02:10We had a quick chat about wood blocks and told them what the system was and what we do.
02:14And we've had a couple of connections before with the royal family,
02:18and so we had a chat about that as well.
02:20So it's really good to have this opportunity, you know, for someone like that to come along
02:24and allow us to, like you say, champion it.
