00:08St Pancreas station has been jailed.
00:11Bilal Arbui approached a woman who had just arrived in London on the Eurostar and offered
00:16her a tissue, claiming her trousers were dirty.
00:19Police said he used the distraction to take her luggage, which contained designer bags,
00:23watches and jewellery.
00:25CCTV footage then showed him walking away with the suitcase through central London before
00:30he was later identified and arrested.
00:33British Transport Police described the theft as devious and pre-planned, and said the victim
00:39was left distressed after the incident occurred.
