00:00We've already increased mental health staffing, thousands more mental health
00:04staff as a result of work we've done, but we also need staff to work differently
00:08and teams to be able to work closely together alongside the voluntary sector,
00:13alongside housing support and advice, tackling some of the root causes around
00:17mental health as well. So that's why these community centres are just doing
00:21things in a completely different way, having walk-in support as well, and just
00:26taking mental health seriously, providing help earlier.
