00:08That means trusts having to have plans in place to deal with higher levels of demand,
00:14people coming through the door, maybe because of the heat wave, and also in the same way that they would

00:21And also we've got to have the stronger prevention in place,
00:24because all of us need to look out for vulnerable, elderly and frail relatives and neighbours in the summer heat
00:32waves now,
00:33as we would if there was a real cold snap and it was really bad weather.
00:36So I think this is about all of us as well as about the NHS.
