Mexican social media influencer Cesar Gastelum was shot and killed on Tuesday (Aug 4) while livestreaming with friends outside a fast food restaurant in the northwestern city of Culiacan.  The livestream was halted and later removed by the platform, though footage and images of the attack have continued to circulate. 00:25President Claudia Scheinbaum said on Wednesday that authorities were conducting a full investigation
