00:00Firstly we just want to say once again that all of our hearts go out to the families that were

00:07Life's effectively been destroyed forever from this prolific incident and we really do continue to feel for and think about
00:15those families.
00:16The life-changing decisions our paramedics and other first responders have to make in a matter of not minutes but
00:22seconds.
00:22And that as their health minister is something that I don't take for granted and I want to acknowledge their
00:28leaning into what is a difficult, difficult process.
00:31We're reviewing our major operations and our mass casualty processes and plans to make sure that we're communicating in a
00:39command structure that works and communication is effective.
00:43We build on some of the lessons in the Bondi attack to also build on what we did in relation
00:49to the Bondi terrorism.
00:50And that's something that we've learned from that initial event.
