04:23She says she acted quickly, doing whatever it takes to make sure Leon Alfaro didn't get away.

04:36Bystanders visibly stood in a circle around Leon Alfaro until police arrived.
04:41Certainly getting police on the way as fast as you can is the right thing to do.
