00:53As far as possible, we'll use real materials, and certainly chainmail is fantastic because of the way that it moves

01:02Sometimes we literally will hand roll every link and hand link each link together, but because of the sheer massive
01:10amount of hours that that takes,
01:12as much as possible, we'll use pre-existing sheets of chainmail and essentially tailor it almost like a piece of
01:20fabric.
01:20If this was real, how much would this actually weigh?
01:23If this was somewhere between £30 and £40 for the whole set.
01:27Well, it gets quite hot. I'm not going to lie. I think the longest I wore it was about 10
01:33or 11 hours.
01:34I were talking 81 individual pieces.
01:36Because to take them off, like five or six pieces, it really does. It doesn't take that long at all,
01:41and so I can take the collar off and take the helmet off.
01:44It cools me down a lot. Episode two finishes with Eamon storming Harrenhal. It takes the castle by force, wearing
01:52these nice new threads.
01:53So I can't wait for people to see them. It's going to be incredible.
