00:00back in with Rochelle for
00:00more tonight's weather
00:01forecast. Thanks Deesha. Good
00:04evening Trinidad and Tobago.
00:06Let's get right to your
00:07weather. We're starting
00:08things off with what we're
00:09getting tonight. Tonight
00:10will be mostly fair apart
00:12from the risk of brief
00:13showers with minimum
00:15temperatures at 25 degrees
00:16in Trinidad and 26 in
00:18Tobago. And tomorrow the
00:20sun will be out in all its
00:21glory along with hazy and
00:23breezy conditions. There's a
00:25possibility though of brisk
00:27showers as well. So here's
00:29what I will do. Apply the
00:31sunscreen and walk with my
00:32umbrella for the extra shade
00:34and just in case that brisk
00:36shower occurs. Daytime
00:38temperatures will reach up
00:39to 33 degrees in Trinidad
00:41and 32 in Tobago. Checking
00:43in on our dust levels, there
00:45is a relatively mild
00:46concentration of Saharan dust
00:47in the atmosphere. So of
00:49course you should still
00:50exercise caution. Now let's
00:53see what the next two days
00:54will bring. Thursday will be
00:56generally hot and sunny and
00:58we will have some haze as
00:59well because of the Saharan
01:00dust and breezy with showers
01:03likely over some areas
01:04particularly during the
01:06morning favoring Trinidad. And
01:08on Friday, mostly hot sunny
01:10skies. Tower sun times now
01:12in Trinidad, sunrises at
01:14555 and 551 in Tobago and
01:17sunset at 628 in Trinidad and
01:20626 in Tobago. Now if
01:22tomorrow you feel like you
01:24should have 10 toes deep in
01:26the sand, smelling the ocean
01:28breeze, then go right ahead
01:29because seas will be slight
01:31to moderate with waves 1
01:33meter to 1.3 meters in open
01:34waters and below 0.5 meters in
01:37sheltered areas. So good marine
01:39conditions for bathers, boaters
01:41and fishermen, though operators
01:43of very small vessels should
01:45still exercise normal caution,
01:47especially in the open waters.
01:49It's now time for your Thai
01:51times.
02:01In some international news,
02:03Italy is placing all its 27
02:05major cities under its highest
02:08heat alert on Thursday as the
02:10country's fourth heat wave of
02:12the summer intensifies. 25
02:14cities were put on red alert on
02:16Tuesday and Wednesday with only
02:19two currently on a lesser amber
02:21alert, moving up to the maximum
02:23level on Thursday. A red alert
02:25indicates a potential health
02:26emergency with prolonged high
02:29temperatures, posing a serious
02:30health risk to the entire
02:32population, including young and
02:34healthy people. A spokesperson at
02:37the health ministry said it was
02:38the first time this year that all
02:4027 cities had been issued with a
02:43red alert. Well, that's all for
02:46weather tonight. Sachin, you're
02:47back. Now give us all the sports
02:49action. I am back for sure to come
