Hynkel displays his "supreme" efficiency by signing a mountain of documents at superhuman speed without reading them, and posing for official portraits and sculpt Hynkel tests "top-secret" military gear. He shoots a "bulletproof" suit (killing the inventor) and watches another inventor jump out of a window in a "compact parachute" suit (who plunges straight to the ground). Hynkel’s absolute lack of care for these disasters is the comedic peak of the video.
