00:00I think that there's a conversation and a negotiation that we are involved in between Oman and Iran
00:07on how more ships can be able to go through there safely in the short term
00:10as we move towards these longer-term talks about denuclearization.
00:15And suffice it to say there's been progress made in those talks, but not finality yet.
00:19We're hoping that will happen in a very short time.
00:21Before we sign, I just want to say for the words in English and Spanish,
00:24I think this is just another step in a continued growth of our relationship between our two countries.
00:29This MLU reflects that continued cooperation.
00:32In fact, as we were commenting in our meeting a moment ago,
00:35we've always had strong links between the United States and Paraguay.
00:38Those links have only grown stronger.
00:40And agreements like this and others that I hope will happen in the future
00:43will begin to create real concrete progress, institutionalize the deep ties between our two countries moving forward
00:51so that they're not just the product of one administration or one era,
00:54but they become enduring and can survive the shifts in political winds.
00:59that happen in democracies and it's from time to time.
