00:00The Straits have to be open. They're going to be open one way or the other.
00:03So they need to be open. What's happening there is unlawful, it's illegal, it's unsustainable to the world, it's unacceptable.
00:09I don't know of any country in the world.
00:13The Russians are not in favor of the tolling system. The Chinese are not in favor of the tolling system.
00:17I mean, there's no country in the world that's in favor of the tolling system except the regime in Iran.
00:21So that's not acceptable. That cannot happen.
00:24The Straits need to be open, unimpeded, without tolls.
00:27And obviously that needs to happen immediately as soon as anything's agreed to.
00:32Well, look, I think our position is well stated.
00:34The president had a very important, I think, historic call just a couple of days ago with a number of
00:39leaders from the region.
00:40I think there's strong alignment and agreement on what a preliminary draft should look like.
00:44I think that like anything with something like this, it's going to take a couple of days to settle on
00:50even down to the disagreements over a word sentence.
00:55So we'll have to work through that.
00:57If there's going to be a deal, we're going to have to work through that.
00:59But this is, you know, it's either going to be a good deal or there isn't going to be one.
01:03Okay?
01:04Thanks very much.
01:04Thanks.
