00:18The solo project became the album. Well, it wasn't really even, it was never a solo project. It was just
00:23like an inside joke that we kind of, because we were writing stuff that really wasn't fitting what we thought
00:29the album should say.
00:29It didn't sound like. So every time we would work on a song that was like that, we were like,
00:33oh, that would be for the solo project or for the, um, side, not solo, but side project or whatever.
00:38Just as like an inside joke.
00:39Yeah, and that actually became the record because those were the songs that we were really gravitating towards and into,
00:45opposed to the record that we were trying to make sound like we thought it should sound like, you know?
00:51Yeah, it's going to be great. Um, we actually wrote them a love letter at, um, Radio One's Big Weekend.
00:59And, um, uh, we sent them a letter. It was like, dear Foo Fighters, we're huge fans of your band.
01:04Sadly, we can't see your set because our evil tour manager is making us leave.
01:08And if we don't do everything he says, he burns us with lit cigarettes on the P-hole. We hope
01:14you understand.
01:17And, um, we ended up running into him at another festival in L.A.
01:20And Dave Grohl actually burnt Matt with a lit cigarette.
01:23On the P-hole. Now we're best friends.
01:25No, but anyways, we ran into it.
01:27It solidified the friendship.
01:28Yeah.
01:28We ran into each other in, uh, at a festival in L.A. And he said that we should do
01:33some shows together. And so now we're doing some shows. And it's going to be awesome.
01:36And then we went back to our dressing room and cried like little girls.
01:38Yeah.
01:39With the joy.
01:40Yeah.
01:41I don't know. I've separated my stern from my rib cage. I've cracked ribs. Broke my fourth metatarsal in my
01:47foot. Got in stitches.
01:49Pat sounds like he's reading this off a list.
01:51Yeah. It's like, she's like, threw my shoulder out, hyperextended my knee. Got a get ingrown hair on the bottom
01:59of my chin.
01:59Yeah, got an ingrown hair on my, uh, in my armpit.

02:06Um, there were some strong hands. Some strong hands.
02:10I think they just mistake it for like a, a bicorn or a clown's nose or something. I don't know.
02:17And then, yeah.
02:18Yeah. Um, yeah, we're actually taking some time off in September to work on, uh, some, some new songs that
02:27we've been flushing out. Ideas and stuff like that.
02:30Um, and we're, we plan on taking some, some serious time off after February to write and record and stuff.
02:39We don't want to force anything though, so we're just trying to let it happen naturally.
