Transcript
00:00Given that's the case, why do you think the political landscape has changed so much to the point where you're
00:06fighting for your political survival of the next state election?
00:10Well, how long have we got, Steve? I think we've got to 8.59.
00:15That's a really complex question. But I think that the system as it is is working okay for some people.
00:25The system as it is is not working for other people. And people, you know, the people are looking maybe
00:32for a greener pasture somewhere else.
00:35All of these things are complex. If any of this was simple, it would have been solved previously by a
00:41government of some political persuasion.
00:44So we are heading forward. The world is changing. We've got AI coming down the pipeline.
00:52We've got the different global machinations about coal. We've got the environment changing.
00:58We've got significant change to the workforce.
01:02You know, and even just our dynamics in terms of, you know, male-female relationships and the way that our
01:09children are being raised on screens.
01:11And, you know, their independence and autonomy around riding these scooters and new bikes to get from A to B,
01:18which, you know, is freeing up parents from that responsibility, although it's a very important parent responsibility.
01:22So there's like a wave of disruption across our community at the moment. Change always scares people. And that's normal.
01:33And that's absolutely the case.
01:37But change is coming. And we just need to figure out how we're going to manage that going forward.
01:41And I think that that's the conversation we need to be having with communities. We can't pretend it's not changing.
01:47We have to acknowledge it is changing. And we have to talk about what the change looks like.
01:51So the thing that we're going to do is just check trampling andWeBζ520173.
01:51So I don't know how to change it.
01:52The next thing around VOCAT within the world, is this kind of change.
01:52Elsie you're going to have to change things, they want to change everything like that.
