22:55a brush fire war, and that allowed them to radically reduce the budget, and to reduce
23:01the number of servicemen, unfortunately, and replace them with the inexpensive, comparatively
23:05speaking, atomic bombs.
23:08So I've gone on about that at length, but it explained the more bang for your buck theory,
23:13because at around that time, Pepsi-Cola had a slogan, which was more bounce to the ounce.
23:18It was very popular in the 1950s.
23:20And so the new look that the Republicans found at the moment, the group decided,
23:25that a bigger bang for your buck sounded just like more bounce to the ounce, and the
