00:05The first trend I keep on spotting in Europe is a nono blouse. These are often white blouses. They've often
00:10got some embroidery in them.
00:11They're very loose fitting, very feminine, very strong. You can wear them with jeans, you can wear them with cotton
00:16shorts, you can dress them up with skirts as well.
00:18They've got this real inherent effortless quality that makes them perfect for those really hot European days.
00:24Now a trouser trend I keep spotting in Europe is bloomer trousers. So these riff off your traditional bloomer silhouette.
00:30So they've got this playful quality to them that makes them quite charming.
00:34Also the way that they taper in and then out a little bit just gives your outfit a bit of
00:37extra texture and dimension that makes it naturally so much more interesting.
00:41On those really hot European days, it's best not to mess with extra clothing at all instead get experiments with
00:46jewelry and there are some really nice jewelry trends coming out of Europe at the moment.
00:50One of my favorites is the fish jewelry trend. So we're seeing lots of like anchovies and sardine style fishes
00:55rendered in beautiful jewels.
00:57They add this bit of charm. They kind of do what pearl jewelry does, nodding to the sea, but in
01:01a much more playful and fun way.
01:03It has been so hot in Europe this summer that a lot of the trends really reflects the need for
01:08lightweight throw-on pieces and one of the trends coming up at the moment is the trapeze dress trend.
01:13So unlike slip dresses that kind of cling to the frame, trapeze dresses really billow out in that A-line
01:18silhouette.
01:18Styling-wise you can just throw them on flip-flops and a beach bag. Really really chic but with no
01:23effort at all.
