00:00So fashion month is finally wrapped and I've been looking through the images from all the fashion
00:03capitals to bring together an edit of the key street style trends that I saw again and again
00:07in every single city. So these are the major street style trends to keep in mind for the new
00:11season. So I actually kicked off my fashion week street style trend reporting with the knee length
00:16pencil skirt. I saw it in New York straight away and then I kept on spotting it. The trend just
00:20did
00:20not budge and whilst that silhouette and that cut remained the same it was rendered in so many
00:24different forms that gave it a fresh spin in each fashion capital. So in some instances we saw it
00:28rendered in these really light kind of gousy fabrications in some instances. It was much
00:32heavier made of wool. We saw the face print skirt have a really major moment as well especially
00:37Versace style. This silhouette was absolutely everywhere. Another trend that you really couldn't
00:41get away from this season was the military jacket trend or the band jacket, napoleon jackets and
00:45it's really signaling a shift in tailoring right now. This is like the single jacket trend that I saw
00:50on repeat. I really like this because it kind of also moves away from the slightly more relaxed kind
00:54of bomber jackets and leather jackets that we've been seeing so much of for so many seasons. This
00:58feels a little bit more smarter. I think this is definitely a trend to keep your eye on. Denim wise
01:02it was all about the boot cut jeans. It was really that slightly flared silhouette that was having a
01:06moment. Styling wise I saw it styled with like a pointed toe boot with a really small stiletto heel
01:10really sleek really sexy but also very unfussy. We also saw them styled with trainers with white
01:15tank tops for a very off-duty look so if you're looking for one more piece of denim this is
01:19definitely the piece I recommend. Finally is a curly trend which when I saw it the first time I kind
01:23of
01:23thought it was a fluke but then I saw it throughout every single fashion capital. It's the color pairing
01:28of royal purple and also like a letterbox red so it's really punchy color combination. I love this
01:33normally when I speak about autumn winter color trends it's all about the burgundies and the
01:36chocolate brown so this pairing feels so fresh really energetic. I think this is such a nice
