00:08All right. Green arrows across the board. Can we hold them the entire session? That's going to be
00:13the question. S&P futures up 0.26%. Dow futures up 0.46%. And then NASDAQ leading the way higher
00:19positive by 0.93%. Also worth noting, oil is also higher here by 2.15%. So we'll see if any
00:26of those
00:27pair back or return back to their mean. Now let's take a look at cues from last session,
00:34as well as what we have on deck for you here today. I do have several stocks in focus for
00:38you. As per
00:39usual, industrials, information technology, and consumer discretionary stocks led Thursday's
00:45gains as most S&P 500 sectors closed higher, though communication services and consumer staples
00:51bucked the trend by ending lower. US stock futures rose on Friday as the Dow, S&P, and NASDAQ
00:57indices advanced following Thursday's higher close. Also, the KOSPI bounced back 18% overnight.
01:04On Thursday, cooler June PCE inflation data and softer-than-expected second-quarter GDP reinforces
01:10expectations that inflation pressures may be easing just after the Fed left rates unchanged at its July
01:16meeting. Heightened security concerns around Egypt's Suez Canal, amplified by recent drone attacks near
01:23Damietta, could increase war risk insurance premiums, raise shipping costs, and, if the disruptions
01:29persist, add to inflationary pressures. Meanwhile, the 10-year Treasury bond yielded 4.65% and the two-year
01:36bond was at 4.24%. The CME Group's Fed watch tool projections show the markets pricing a 63% likelihood
01:43of the Federal Reserve hiking the current interest rates during the September meeting. We'll see if we
01:49finally get a hike there. Now, we've got several stocks in focus here for you today, and the first
01:53one is Big Mama. It is Apple, ticker AAPL, dropped 7.27% in the pre-market on Friday, despite
02:00beating
02:00earnings and sales estimates for the third quarter of fiscal 2026. However, it said that it sees fourth
02:07quarter sales of $111.68 billion to $113.73 billion, and that was versus an estimate of $114.84 billion.
02:15The next stock on our list is going to be Amazon, ticker AMZN. It surged by 12.31% after
02:21posting
02:22upbeat financial results for the second quarter after Thursday's closing bell. Got to be honest
02:26with you, that Amazon report was fantastic. Amazon Web Services is an absolute monster.
02:33The next stock on our list is going to be Reddit, ticker RDDT, and it tumbled 9.57% despite
02:41reporting
02:41better than expected earnings and revenue in its second quarter results that were released after
02:46the bell yesterday. The next stock on our list is going to be Coinbase. The ticker is COIN, and it
02:52was 4.46% lower as it posted revenue of $1.22 billion in the second quarter, which was down
03:00roughly
03:0019% year over year. The total missed a street consensus estimate of $1.32 billion. The company
03:07also reported a loss of $0.40 per share, missing a street estimate loss of $0.11 per share.
03:12The final stock on our list is going to be strategy, ticker MSTR. It declined 2.39% after its
03:19quarterly
03:20revenue of $122.39 million, missed consensus estimates of $122.91 million, barely missed there.
03:27Additionally, it currently holds 843,775 Bitcoin, making it the largest institutional holder in the world.
