Some practice swings have a way of revealing more than expected.
On a golf course in Sheffield, Adam takes a full swing at the ball.
"During my golf swing, I asked my friend to record me so I could send it to my golf coach, as I was having a few issues," Adam told WooGlobe.
As the club comes through, the head end breaks off and flies forward with the ball while the remaining section stays in his hands.
The sudden split turns an ordinary recording into a neatly timed mishap.
