00:13My name is Amida and this is my husband Petre. Petre was the inspiration behind the name
00:18Bureka Petes. Before anything I'd like to firstly take this opportunity to thank our
00:24community, our customers, our family, friends and the amazing team that we have behind us
00:29on our third Local Business Award. A couple of nights ago we were honoured to take this
00:36award home for most outstanding fast food and takeaway in the Illawarra and the South Coast.
00:41To give you a bit of background, our nationality is Macedonian. Our budek was actually handed
00:49down to us by the baker or our baker Johan. That recipe originated from Zagreb in Croatia
00:57and has been now passed down to another generation.
01:02Also I'd like to say a big thank you to the community, a big thank you to our customers,
