06:46all of the memory of Spider-Man is erased.
06:50So Mary Jane, Zendaya's character,
06:52doesn't remember who Peter Parker is,
06:55doesn't have any of her memories of their love story.
06:57So it's like, can he woo her all over again?

07:49is at like 99 or 98%,
07:52which is the highest of any Marvel movie ever.
07:54So the fans, this is like a real one for the fans.
07:57So we'll see how it turns out.

08:00And a bunch of fans are also speaking out about BTS,
08:04their army, their fan base, what they're called,
08:06because BTS made an announcement saying
08:08they are not submitting themselves to the Grammys
08:11after they have this new category.
08:13And there's a bunch of backlash reactions
08:15to their announcement.
08:16So let's dive into that, you know?
08:19So there's an Asian pop music new category
08:22that'll be launched in the 2027 Grammys.
08:24So they're not gonna be entering the 2027 Grammys
08:27because of that.
08:27And they're saying, basically, they're hoping
08:30that people can love the music
08:31regardless of region and language.
08:33And they're hoping that it's not divided.
08:35Now, let's get to the real tea.
08:36They're upset because why can't we go up
08:39against the regular pop stars?
08:40It seems like they're kind of rigging it
08:42so that they're in their own category
08:43because they're all winning, winning, winning
08:44against these American pop stars.
08:46So they said, y'all go over here
08:48and y'all can compete against each other
08:49and then we'll leave the American pop stars
08:51to their own thing.
08:52And I don't think that's fair.
08:53If they're winning, they're winning, let them win.
08:55That's kind of my take on it.
08:56I mean, I know years ago they did make history.
08:58I think they were the first K-pop Grammy winners
09:01with their song, Dynamite.
09:02And I know that was a really huge deal.
09:04So I think they've proven
09:05that they can hold their own in America.
09:07Right.
09:08So the Grammys have like a gajillion categories
09:10and there are sub genres
09:11of every musical genre out there.
09:14So it's sort of historic.
09:15I think the Grammys were trying to make
09:16an Asian pop category to have more representation.
09:20This would not exclude you from winning
09:23in the general categories as well
09:24or being nominated in the general category.
09:26I think there's a twist to all of this.
09:27BTS, they had a joint statement.
09:30They were saying, we're not submitting.
09:31We're basically boycotting the Grammys.
09:33But their album, Errorang,
09:35might not have been eligible for this new category
09:38because so much of it is in English.

09:42Exactly, so I wonder if they're kind of like,

09:47the Recording Academy created this new category.
09:49We're not even going to be submitted for that.
09:51So it's going to make it even harder for them

10:31I remember, is there a controversial,

10:37and like, no hate, no shade to Macklemore,
10:39but come on.

10:43his last album before he died,
10:44it was, I loved that album.
10:46Yeah, the genre category,
10:47or the genre conversation of the Grammys
10:49is always a big one,
10:50because, you know, for years, you know,
10:52black artists were sort of relegated to the R&B,
10:55and the urban music, and the rap categories.
10:57Even when they were legitimately pop stars.

11:01So, it's always been a little sus with the Grammys.

11:12not to participate in the Grammy process this year,

12:10There's, like, 50 of them.
12:11How many of these can you actually have
12:13real representation there?
12:14Or even, like, Asian countries as well.
12:16So, it's like, it's just-
12:18The largest continent is Asia,
12:20and so this is including K-pop, J-pop, and C-pop.
12:23I mean, this is gonna be a-
12:25I think this category is gonna be really-

12:29I think there's, like, good and bad to it,
12:30in the sense where maybe those cat-
12:33with this new category, that genre of music
12:35gives it an opportunity to become more popular

12:42like, T-pop, J-pop, like, I haven't heard of them,
12:44because they're not mainstream over here,
12:46so maybe this will give them an opportunity to,
12:49you know, have more world-

13:21is the Grammys just representative of American artists,

13:26of so many different artists from so many different places,
13:28so it's like, I don't know, it's a weird thing.

13:34do we create different categories
