00:02So it's season two, we're picking up six months later, so that's a lot of time for things to
00:07change, people to change. What do you think is gonna surprise fans most about your characters
00:11going into season two? Well, I think people are gonna be really delighted by Josh's second season
00:20sort of energy persona, like charm. Even Quinn was sort of taken by it, which sort of made the
00:33whole triangle, a little difficult. You know, she thought she moved on. She went to New York and
00:38met someone else and was like, this is my new beginning. I'm doing something else. I met someone
00:42else. The grass is greener. It's easy to romanticize this new thing. And then she comes home and is
00:47faced with the love of her life, who she's just always longed for. And now he's actually able to
00:55tell her to her face, miss you and I love you and I don't want to make the same mistakes
01:00I've been
01:01making. And she's just like, what? Motherfucker, you could have told me this before I left.
01:07Yeah. So there's just a lot of fun new surprises. You know, this is about second chances. There's
01:14just a lot of lessons also with her mom showing up and her learning, being reminded not to follow
01:22in her footsteps and make the same mistakes she's made. And she's got the love of her life here,
01:26ready to do it finally. And, um, yeah. No, I love that. And I'm glad you brought up Quinn
01:33going to New York. When season one ended, I was like, oh my God, I'm so excited to see her
01:37journey
01:37in New York. Like, do we get to see any glimpses of what that journey was like for her going
01:42into
01:42season two? Uh, sure. By way of, you know, how she comes home and how she tries to settle back
01:50in.
01:50And, um, New York sort of comes home with her and you get to see that and the complexities of
01:57trying to meld the two worlds together and how that works or doesn't really work. And,
02:03and, um, her heart just bringing her back to, you know, home, not necessarily being a place,
02:10but being this person. Yeah. And I love seeing the cameos of some country stars in the season.
02:15We've got Thomas Rhett, Jordan Davis. Are you guys fans of country music like outside of the show?
02:19Yeah. I mean, I was, I don't want to brag. You should. But I was partly responsible for
02:25getting them. And because Jordan Davis, we've been fans of his for a long time and Thomas,
02:31but Jordan's, uh, Buy Dirt was our wedding song. No way. And I remember reaching out to him on
02:37Instagram one time saying, Hey, you're going to be in Devil's Lake, North Dakota at whatever thing
02:41for a concert. And we're going to come. We ended up not being able to go. And I was like,
02:44I want to sing Buy Dirt with you. And he's like, laughed about it. And we just sort of kept
02:49in
02:49touch. Oh, I love that. And, uh, I remember saying, or he brought it up somehow where,
02:56but I think I might've said to him, you should come on the show sometime, blah, blah, blah.
03:00He's like, yeah, sure. But then we see the next season that there's an actual music festival.
03:06So I said, dude, you should come and do the music festival on the show. He's like,
03:10I'd love to. And then I just sort of like, you guys take it from here. Yeah. That's awesome.
03:14And so they ended up doing it. That's amazing. I didn't really have anything to do with it other
03:18than that, but you kind of made it all happen. Yeah. I love it. So then we got him and
03:22Thomas
03:23and they're both just amazing dudes. And they're good friends too, like in the real world.
03:27And you can tell their chemistry is amazing. And they got that new song that they sang for us.
03:31Ain't a Bad Life. Yeah, it is. So if you guys could create a music festival of your own personal
03:36music taste, who would be on the lineup? Oh, you're putting us on the spot.
03:41Do they have to be alive? No. Okay. Bob Marley. Okay. Nice.
