00:03I wanted to create a world that we can be inspired by.
00:15We do this together.
00:17That's definitely the vibe that I've been feeling from everybody.
00:20We just want to do it with love and respect and passion.
00:23I'm super excited being part of something as big as this.
00:27Being able to film in South Africa is so incredible.
00:31Right there in these locations, Wale had this beautiful pink river.
00:38We have a really amazing crew here to bring this vision to life.
00:43And we really wanted it to feel visceral for the audience.
00:48It's really an honor to design an African fantasy at this level.
00:54Sometimes they call me the black hair whisperer in this film.
00:58It is such a hair world.
00:59And so I did not want to leave any texture untapped.
01:04I wanted the whole diaspora to be able to be a part of this.
01:07We took some inspiration from traditional Yoruba body painting.
01:14Everybody, so when you hear the music, don't stand.
01:18Okay?
01:23I'm really thankful to Gina.
01:25It's such an incredible film and an incredible costume.
01:29It's just going to be so big and beautiful.
01:32Here we go.
01:33A lot of energy.
01:34Don't be afraid to make noise.
01:54It's incredible.
