00:27it's like what do you think care is who do you think it should be for what should your family

00:33what you should you do for yourself when should the state step in and how do you pay for it

00:39though I think we ought to ask some sort of difficult questions I was quite surprised again not just about
00:45the kind of money around the elderly but also the Department of Work and Pensions do this kind of
00:52deep survey and that essentially if you look at the figures something like 16.8 million people
00:59answered questions that took you to a point that they would be classified by the Department of Work
01:05and Pensions as disabled and I don't buy it I would qualify and I'm sitting here right now I'm not
01:12disabled but I could qualify if I answered those questions based on my medical records it's simple
01:19as and so I think we've just got to get ourselves a little bit more straight on the fact there
01:23are
01:24some people out there who are listening to this program that are struggling beyond belief to try
01:30and help themselves or get help for their families
